Kelly is the President of Provence Electric Inc. and CEO of its subsidiary, Solairgen. Solairgen was founded in 2002 as a renewable energy design and installation company. In 2007 Mr. Provence re-focused the mission of Solairgen toward training and has written and developed multiple courses and presentations on solar PV from entry level PV design to advanced design and installation. Solairgen also goes by the name Solairgen School of Solar Technology. He holds two NABCEP certifications; Certified PV Installation Professional and Certified PV Inspector as well as emeritus status as a Certified PV Technical Sales Professional and Certified Solar Thermal Installer. He has been a Licensed Master Electrician since 1995 in the state of Georgia.
