The National Community Action Partnership (NCAP) supports local agency leaders with training and technical assistance so they can apply best practices to their work and pursue innovative strategies that strengthen families and communities. One of NCAP’s goals is supporting Weatherization Assistance Program network organizations to help increase the size and impact of their federal program through local or state partnerships that provide more resources.
