National Guidelines for Apprenticeship Standards provide a template that companies, educational institutions, associations, and labor unions can use to create high-quality apprenticeship programs that comply with federal regulations.
These National Guidelines Standards are approved by the U.S. Department of Labor. They are the result of the collaborative efforts of partner organizations and industry subject matter experts including Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), the national trade association for the solar industry, Building Performance Association (BPA), Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) and numerous Sponsors and employers in the clean and energy efficiency industry.
