Where To Post Your Clean Energy Opportunities

Ready to make new hires? Once you’ve set up a career opportunities page and written accurate and compelling job postings, it’s time to get the word out. Below you’ll find a list of job boards that may provide additional opportunities for engaging new applicants interested in pursuing a career in clean energy or energy efficiency.

When you post a job, keep in mind that you’ll want to go beyond the well-known job boards like Indeed. Don’t limit yourself to online postings; postcards and flyers are other great ways to spread the word. (Here are some examples of outreach materials for home energy performance jobs.) And don’t forget to reach out to your network of community leaders, local workforce boards, and other stakeholders.
